D Shilpa allotted Karnataka Cadre : Report Samir Gupta, District Chief — The Kerala High Court has ordered to include D Shilpa IPS officer currently in Kerala cadre, into the Karnataka cadre. The Division Bench comprising Justice Amit Rawal and Justice KV Jayakumar issued the order , observing that the petitioner a native of Karnataka was wrongly assigned Kerala cadre. At present D Shilpa is serving as AIG at the Police HQ . The Court directed that a decision regarding her inclusion in the Karnataka cadre should be taken within two months.
